There's nothing so titillating as knowing that someone journals. My mind immediately starts to thrum excitedly about the prospect of secrets being kept somewhere that I could eventually read. Of course, breaking into someone's journal is an absolute no-no so I guess we'll just continue to fake vulnerability and accessibility with our nearest and dearest while writing behind their backs in secret. Or we could all open up and journal to each other in a therapeutic circle? Does that sound great? This episode is all about one of my favorite topics: journalling! [20:29 mins]

MTV Cutthroat
Mtv Cutthroat by You, Me, Us
We're about to start season three of our fantasy MTV Real World / Road Rules Challenge so we had to make a special pre-draft podcaast. Our two time defending champion abdicated the throne so the crown is ready for the taking, plus we have a rookie owner who landed the highly coveted number one overall pick. Follow along as we analyze this largely unknown and unfamiliar cast. Also, our first Challenge podcast is linked here. [38:10 min]

Don't Stop Believing
Don't Stop Believing by You, Me, Us
It's that time in our lives where a lot of us are seeking. We need jobs, we need friends, we need relationships, we need purpose, and we need happiness. How you seek out these things might differ from mine but it's always interesting to hear about other people's perspectives and journeys. This episode takes us through a conversation about experiencing meditation and mindfulness, living in the moment, and maybe touches on the relationship of pain to growth. [28:16 mins]

Miss Independent
Miss Independent by You, Me, Us
Gentlemen, look around you. See all those beautiful, successful women? Are you intimidated or attracted? Listen in as we talk to two members of our better halves as they talk about dealing with men's insecurities, working in male dominated industries, and balancing their yin with their yang. The last few minutes segues to a conversation about how each potentially positive relationship quality also has an accompanying negative aspect; the newly dubbed "shadow side." [26:13 mins]

Dating Age is a Very Important Number MP3
Is there a correlation between physical age and relationship maturity? In a perfect world we'd like to say that the answer is "no" but many of us have experienced the ups and downs of a youthful relationship. This episode begins by questioning the wisdom of dating those on the verge of their quarterlife crisis and then shuttles around to ultimately seek answers to the question: "Who is the going to be the best person to sleep in with on a Saturday morning?" [27:17 min]
